Australia coach Guus Hiddink has confirmed that Mark Schwarzer will start in goals in the World Cup second round clash with Italy.
Hiddink dropped Schwarzer for the crucial 2-2 draw with Croatia last time out, but his replacement, Zeljko Kalac, made a huge error for the Croats' second goal and the Middlesbrough custodian will return to face the Azzurri.
Hiddink confirmed: "Normally I don't give out the line-up, but yes Schwarzer will be in goal.
"Sometimes when you make mistakes in football you have to admit to them and I made an error in my selection of the goalkeeper.
"We have two good goalies and I make the decision beforehand. They have both had problems, but it's very easy afterwards to be very critical."
