Brazil could be without both Kaka and Emerson for Saturday's World Cup quarter-final against France in Frankfurt.
The midfield pair picked up injuries during the 3-0 second round win over Ghana on Tuesday and team doctor Jose Luiz Runco admits they are both major doubts for the clash with Les Bleus.
"If the game was tomorrow, Kaka and Emerson would not be able to play," said Runco.
There is better news about Robinho, who has recovered from the thigh injury which forced him to sit out the Ghana game.
However, with Ronaldo and Adriano both finding the net against the Black Stars, the youngster is likely to have to settle for a place on the bench against France.
