A penalty from Omar Bravo earned Mexico a 1-0 victory over Venezuela in their latest World Cup warm-up match.
Bravo netted the only goal of the game just before the hour mark in Pasedena's Rosebowl, after Jesus Arellano had been brought down.
The game marked the end of Mexico's five-match tour of the USA, during which they have beaten Norway, Ghana, Paraguay and Venezuela, losing only to South Korea.
Ricardo Lavolpe's side have been drawn in Group D for the summer showpiece, where they will face Angola, Iran and Portugal.
