Saudi Arabia suffered a setback in their preparations for the World Cup Finals when they slumped to a 2-1 friendly defeat to Belgium on Thursday.
Tom Caulwe and Anthony Vanden Borre scored the goals for the Europeans who will not be appearing in Germany next month. Saudi Arabia's only success came from Bart Goor's own goal.
"Belgium were good and gave us the tough game we needed," said Saudi coach Marcos Cesar Dias Castro.
"But what really matters is that we get it right in Germany and learn from these games."
