Defence pleases Lagerback

Read Bill Borrows every day during the World Cup on 4thegame - you know it makes sense!
Sweden coach Lars Lagerback was pleased with his side's defensive display in a goalless draw against Finland in Gothenburg.
A dour 90 minutes yielded little by the way of goalmouth action, but Lagerback was happy that a number of his squad had gained valuable match practice after injury problems.
He said: "We wanted to make sure our defence was working as it should be and we were good there.
"It could have been better up front. With a bit of luck, Johan Elmander could have scored a couple of goals with his chances. We should really have won.
"But the best thing was that Olof Mellberg, Mikael Nilsson and Erik Edman in defence received some playing time because they have not seen much action recently.
"They need all the playing time they can get."
