Togo's medical staff fear that the team's preparations for the World Cup finals could be hit by an outbreak of chicken pox.
Striker Richmond Forson is suffering with the virus and team doctor Joachim Schubert admits he can do little to stop the problem spreading.
"We don't yet know if the other players had chicken pox when they were young and hence whether they have been immunised against this contagious virus," said Schubert.
Togo are due to face Liechtenstein in a friendly on Friday before getting their Group G campaign underway against South Korea on June 13.
