Czech Republic coach Karel Bruckner has added Rangers midfielder Libor Sionko to his squad to replace the injured Vladimir Smicer.
The Bordeaux star had to pull out of the squad with a hamstring injury.
Sionko moved to Ibrox from Austria Vienna last month and has made 17 appearances for his country.
The 29-year-old beat off competition from Sparta Prague's Tomas Sivok, who was also on standby, to win a place in the Czech squad.
Sionko scored six goals in 31 games in the season just ended to help Austria Vienna win their domestic league title.
