Freddie Ljungberg has recovered from a foot injury and will take his place in the Sweden side for their final World Cup warm-up match against Chile on Friday.

The Arsenal midfielder struggled with the injury during the last few weeks of the Gunners' Premiership campaign and had to have blood drained from his foot after every match.

The 29-year-old is only expected to play in the opening 45 minutes of the Chile game after returning to light training on Wednesday.

Strikers Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Henrik Larsson are also expected to start after missing last week's frustrating goalless draw against Finland.
