Myernick ready for Czechs

Read Bill Borrows every day during the World Cup on 4thegame - you know it makes sense!
Assistant coach Glenn Myernick sees no reason for the USA to fear their first World Cup opponents Czech Republic.
The USA have been handed a tough draw, with Italy and Ghana also in Group E, and Myernick knows they must make a strong start to the tournament if they are to progress to the knockout stages.
However, the Czechs are ranked second in the world and with stars such as Pavel Nedved, Marek Jankulovski and Tomas Rosicky in their team, will start the match as favourites.
However, Myernick said: "The challenge will be significant. But they are a team we can beat.
"It's not a game where we're just going to go in and be worried about them. A big part of it is going to be making them have to deal with us."
