Read Bill Borrows every day during the World Cup on 4thegame - you know it makes sense!
Former Cameroon coach Winfried Schafer has held talks with the Togolese Football Association about replacing Otto Pfister.
Pfister walked out on Togo at the weekend after growing frustrated with the ongoing row between the Togo Football Association and his players about bonus payments.
Togo are keen for Schafer to take on the role but after talks on Sunday afternoon, the German said: "There is still no decision.
"We sat down for about an hour-and-a-half. If they want me, it will be on my terms only.
"The only way it would work is with me as head coach, and there would have to be discipline and order.
"My phone is switched on. If they decide they want me, they can call me at any time."
Togo currently have no coaching staff ahead of their World Cup opener against South Korea on Tuesday.
