Read Bill Borrows every day during the World Cup on 4thegame - you know it makes sense!

Ecuador goalscorer Carlos Tenorio warned that his side have achieved nothing, despite sealing a place in the last 16 at the World Cup finals with a 3-0 win over Costa Rica.
Tenorio netted for the second game in a row, as did Agustin Delgado, with Ivan Kaviedes putting a late seal on a convincing victory.
Ecuador made sure of a place on the knockout stages, sending hosts Germany through as well in the process.
However, Tenorio said afterwards: "We have not achieved anything yet, we want to go as far as we can.
"I'm so happy, this is a happiness that I cannot contain or even explain."
Ecuador coach Luis Suarez was looking no further forward than the final group game against Germany, adding: "It will be very difficult against Germany because the players are going to be tired.
"They played two games. They want to play a very good match against Germany. It will be a historic match.
Costa Rica coach Alexandre Guimaraes was left to rue a second defeat, commenting: "The game is like that, when you miss chances the other side have no mercy.
"That is the story for us in these two games."
