Czech Republic coach Karel Bruckner is prepared to use Vratislav Lokvenc in attack for the second group game against Ghana on Saturday.
Bruckner's striking options have been diminished because of injuries to Milan Baros and Jan Koller but he remains in an upbeat mood following his side's impressive display in the 3-0 win against the USA.
"We will not have the ideal line-up but there is strength in this squad," he insisted.
Lokvenc has been part of the Czech squad for a decade, scoring 14 goals in 73 games and came on for Koller in the stroll against the Americans.
The Salzburg star has had problems of his own recently though and is only just returning to full fitness following a knee injury.
