Sweden striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is a doubt for the crucial Group B decider against England in Cologne after suffering a leg muscle injury.
The Juventus star had to be replaced by Marcus Allback at half-time on Thursday as the Swedes snatched a last-gasp 1-0 victory against Paraguay.
Lars Lagerback's side need to beat England to top the group after Freddie Ljungberg's 89th minute header finally broke Paraguay's resistance.
But after the narrow victory, the Sweden coach said: "With Zlatan (Ibrahimovic), he had a muscle injury to his leg and our medical people said that if he went out for the second half, we might not see him again through the World Cup.
"So we decided not to risk him. With the substitutions, I'm just really happy they worked. Sometimes they come off, sometimes they don't. We're going to enjoy this win first and then focus on England."
