Angola coach Luis Oliveira Goncalves has called uncapped Partick Thistle midfielder Jose Quitongo into his squad for next week's Cosafa Castle Cup in Lesotho.
Quitongo is joined by uncapped Gil Vicente striker Mateus in the 24-man party for the four-nation tournament, which represents the last chance for players to force their way into Goncalves' plans for the World Cup finals.
Striker Akwa and goalkeeper Joao Ricardo have also been named in the squad, despite being without clubs following the expiry of their deals with Al Wakhra of Qatar and Moreirense of Portugal respectively.
Angola face Mauritius in the semi-final of the tournament on 29 April, with Lesotho taking on Mozambique in the other last-four match.
