A youthful defender whose inclusion in the World Cup squad was something of a surprise. Still only 21, Airosa has yet to make the breakthrough on the international stage and despite featuring in a couple of Angola's qualification games for this summer's World Cup finals he was subsequently left out of the 23-man squad for the African Cup of Nations in Egypt. Like the majority of his international team-mates the right-sided defender plies his trade in Portugal, with FC Barreirense.
