The giant veteran goalkeeper has a wealth of experience in European football, having plied his trade in the Netherlands, England and Italy. Kalac joined Leicester City in October 1995 and moved on 18 months later to Holland to join Roda JC Kerkrade. In the summer of 2002 he moved on to Italy to link up with Perugia and last summer he switched to AC Milan, where he has acted as back-up to Brazil number one, Dida. Standing a massive 6ft 8ins, Kalac cuts an imposing figure and has won well over 50 caps for the Socceroos.
