Cafu is approaching the 150-cap mark and made his international bow more than 15 years ago, winning two World Cup and two Copa America winners' medals. A rampaging attacking force in his younger days, Cafu is still one of the most reliable defenders in the game and is a regular in the AC Milan back four, although he is set to return to his homeland after one final hurrah in Germany this summer.
