Arsenal veteran Lehmann has inched his way ahead of Bayern Munich's Oliver Kahn in the battle to be number one for the summer showpiece, having been in impressive from in recent times. Lehmann had struggled to settle with the Gunners after joining from Borussia Dortmund in the summer of 2003, but has slowly shown the form that once earned him a move from Schalke to Italian giants AC Milan. Tall and commanding, Lehmann is an excellent shot-stopper and effective on crosses, but still has a tendency to lose his rag and get involved in scuffles with opposition players. Also enjoys trying to dribble round oncoming forwards but again that could prove to be a dangerous tactic this summer. One of the stars of Arsenal's shock Champions League run this season.
