Exciting striker who burst on to the international stage during Iran's successful Asian Games campaign in Busan in 2002. Despite often playing second fiddle to the likes of Ali Daei, he remains a potent attacking option for coach Branko Ivankovic and seldom disappoints when called off the bench.
