Aziz is one of the best all-round midfielders in the Saudi squad and is equally comfortable winning the ball as he is putting it in the back of the net. Capable of bossing the game from the centre of the park, he is usually at the hub of Saudi Arabia's attacking play. Aziz thrives alongside a more defensively-oriented player like Saud Ali Khariri or Mohammed Noor.
