A hard-working defensive midfielder, Igor Duljaj will be hoping to reproduce his club form at Germany 2006. He helped Shakhtar Donetsk to win the league title in both 2005 and 2006, having moved to the Ukrainian giants from Partizan Belgrade in February 2004. The 26-year-old also experienced success in his homeland, collecting three title winners' medals with Partizan. His energetic displays earned him an international debut in 2000 and he has remained part of the squad ever since. Duljaj's shielding of the backline was an important factor in Serbia & Montenegro's outstanding defensive record in World Cup qualifying and he will be a key player for Ilija Petkovic's team in Germany.
