Mateja Kezman's stock may have fallen in club football in the past two seasons but he remains an impressive performer on the international stage. He has won over 40 caps since making his Serbia & Montenegro debut in May 2000 and scored five times in seven appearances during the World Cup qualifiers, including the goal that booked their place at Germany 2006 in the 1-0 win against Bosnia-Herzegovina. The 27-year-old made his name with Partizan Belgrade before moving to PSV Eindhoven in 2000. He scored an incredible 105 times in 122 league games in the Netherlands before making a £5million switch to Chelsea in 2004. However, he failed to shine in England and has also found goals difficult to come by since joining Atletico Madrid in 2005.
