A physically imposing striker, Savo Milosevic is Serbia & Montenegro's most capped player and all-time leading goalscorer. He made his international debut for Yugoslavia against Brazil in December 1994 and is a veteran of the 1998 World Cup and Euro 2000, where he scored five times in four games as they reached the quarter-finals. However, he is no longer an automatic choice and could find himself watching from the bench at Germany 2006 as Mateja Kezman and Nikola Zigic lead the attack. At club level, he had spells with Partizan Belgrade, Aston Villa, Real Zaragoza, Parma, Espanyol and Celta Vigo before joining Osasuna in 2004. Despite his advancing years he still poses a real threat to opposition defences, particularly in the air.
