Park is an international regular whose reputation has been enhanced by his season with Manchester United. The 25-year-old was one of South Korea's stars at the last World Cup and helped to earn him a transfer to PSV Eindhoven. The midfielder played a key role in the Dutch side's run to the Champions League semi-finals and the domestic league and cup double in the 2004-05 season. His industry and consistency has won him many admirers in his first year at Old Trafford since his £4million transfer from PSV last summer and he made 33 Premiership appearances for Sir Alex Ferguson's side.
