One of South Korea's rising stars, Kim made his name as a teenager at the Asian Cup in China two years ago. He played in three of the World Cup qualifiers and, at 21, is expected to gain some vital experience in Germany. Kim secured a transfer to Jubilo Iwata from Chunnam Dragons last year and has impressed during his time in Japan. He could turn out to be one of his country's stars of the tournament.
