The experienced 33-year-old Suwon Samsung goalkeeper played in all his country's World Cup qualifiers and is set to take part in his third Finals. He played an integral part in South Korea's run to the semi-finals four years ago and seems certain to hold off the challenge from Kim Yong-Dae and Kim Young-Kwang to keep his place in the side. He has been part of the South Korea squad for the last 12 years since making his senior debut against the USA in March 1994.
