The Tottenham defender has been a regular in Martin Jol's side since moving to White Hart Lane from PSV Eindhoven last summer. He played in 31 of Spurs' 38 Premiership games as they just failed to secure a Champions League spot. The 29-year-old spent two seasons in Holland where he worked with former South Korea boss Guus Hiddink. PSV snapped him up from Anyang Cheetahs in July 2002 after he had helped his country clinch a place in the World Cup semi-finals. Lee made his international debut against Mexico in 1999 and played in his country's Olympic campaign in Sydney the following year.
