The former Arsenal goalkeeper has revived his career this season with Norwegian side Fredrikstad. The 30-year-old was snapped up by Gunners boss Arsene Wenger in August 2002 but made only three appearances for the club before a broken leg stopped his progress. He joined West Ham United on loan but failed to start a game for Hammers but did play six matches for Brighton during a loan spell at the Withdean Stadium.
