The 23-year-old left his homeland for Germany almost a decade ago when he joined Eintracht Frankfurt. He failed to settle though and went from club to club before signing for Marseille when still only 17. Again though he was soon offloaded and spent three years in the United Arab Emirates before returning to Europe with Hannover. Mamam didn't last long in Germany though and found his way to SPL side Livingston where he spent two years before being snapped up by Metz where he is still playing. He scored three goals during qualifying, including the crucial last-gasp winner against Mali.
