The 21-year-old defender was a surprise inclusion in Otto Pfister's squad and is unlikely to break in to the first-team picture in Germany. He has dual nationality for Togo and Germany and made his name with German minor league outfit Concordia Hamburg. His performances for the minnows earned him a switch to Hamburg but he has only played for the reserve team at regional level.
