Toure Assimiou has been included in the Hawks squad even though he has still to make his international debut. The 18-year-old represented Germany at junior levels and is currently with Bayer Leverkusen but has opted to pledge his international future to Togo. He started his career with SSV Osbergnesadt before joining Bayer, where he has been a regular in the club's youth team. Although Assimiou's favoured position is in central defence, the teenager can also play on the left-hand side of midfield.
