Glen has played for four Major League Soccer sides and is currently plying his trade with Los Angeles Galaxy. He made his name with San Juan Jabloteh in his homeland, where he was top scorer in 2002 and 2003 and was on the verge of signing for Peterborough United until he failed to obtain a work permit. The 25-year-old also had trials with Derby County and Northampton Town before signing for New York/New Jersey Metrostars in March 2004. He moved on to FC Dallas less than one year later and then to Columbus Crew and Colorado Rapids before signing for Los Angeles in April.
