Right-sided midfielder who is regarded as an excellent prospect for both club and country. Namouchi left France to sign for Glasgow Rangers in 2003 on a free transfer and although he is not yet considered a first-team regular he has made some telling contributions. Namouchi was recently handed a new two-year deal at Ibrox and caught the eye in the Gers' run to the knockout stages of this season's Champions League. Earned his first international cap in the summer of 2005 and has made a handful of appearances under coach Roger Lemerre. Another of the current international to be born in France but qualifies for Tunisia via his parents' nationality.
